Striker joined our household to be the rough and tumble kind of dog two young boys need. He fullfilled that need perfectly, always ready for a game of catch or tug o'war or just plain running around to let off steam. He was shown as a youngster until his bite went off. Then he retired to doing what he liked best - being "his" boys' buddy.

Khira was my first show dog and taught me more than I ever would have believed. She taught me how to see the beauty inherent in the whole, despite incidental flaws in the parts. Her nickname was Farrah Fawcett because of her penchant for using the slightest breeze to "arrange" her blond topknot. She was beautiful, knew it, and believed in flaunting it!! It doesn't seem possible that it's been almost 25 years since that silly puppy flounced her way into my heart. She'll live there forever.
Thank you, Romayne, for breeding this lovely cream brindle girl and for being my dog show mentor. Your teachings are the foundation on which I've tried to build.

Beaker is a litter brother to our own Raven and is making us and his owners proud by being in contention in the toughest of competition, both here in the States and in Canada.
Beaker made the cut in the Best of Breed class at the 1998 I.G.C.A. Specialty held in Ravenna Ohio on August 21st. Beaker picks up more group placements: Group 3 - September, 1999 under j. Mr. Donald Fitzsimmons, Group 2 - November, 1999 under j. Dr. John Reeve-Newson. Beaker is now listed in the March 2000 issue of the I.G. Magazine as #9 IG in Canada. Not bad for a four year old! Congratulations Nancy & Mark! Beaker was bred by Tod & Joyce Krout and is owned by Nancy & Mark Anderson. Thank you, Nancy & Mark for taking such good care of our "grandbaby".
Also owned by Nancy & Mark, but bred by Dr. Sara Bartlett, DVM, Jett was awarded first in the Canfield National Specialty, 12-18 mo class and is now a Canadian Champion!!!! You go, girlfriend! Jett lacks only a major for her American championship.
